Training and Racing with Moxy
This course is a complete outline for training and racing for cycling athlete using the Moxy muscle oxygen monitor. It shows you how to setup and use the data collection and analysis tools. It describes how to use the data to change your training to make it more effective. The current sections are: Sensor Placement, Muscle Oxygen Breakpoint Analysis, Warmup Optimization, Training Readiness evaluation, and Zone 2 Training Guidance. We will add more sections in the future.
